Narrative:
Aircraft arrived with multiple PIREPS. In one of them I had to defer the engine high stage bleed valve per the MEL 36-2B. Within this MEL it also asked to defer the right thrust reverser and the hydraulic motor generator, MEL 78-01 and 24-13 respectively. I did not enter these 2 in the logbook because I believed they were covered by MEL 36-2B.

Title: A B767-300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE R ENG HIGH STAGE BLEED VALVE INOP, BUT WITH THE REQUIRED MEL PLACARDS MISSING.
Narrative: ACFT ARRIVED WITH MULTIPLE PIREPS. IN ONE OF THEM I HAD TO DEFER THE ENG HIGH STAGE BLEED VALVE PER THE MEL 36-2B. WITHIN THIS MEL IT ALSO ASKED TO DEFER THE R THRUST REVERSER AND THE HYD MOTOR GENERATOR, MEL 78-01 AND 24-13 RESPECTIVELY.
