Narrative:

Cleared for ILS runway 9 at fcm. Told to intercept localizer on 060 degrees heading. Course needle centered with no GS. Just then tower calls and states that I'm south off course. I noticed the ILS frequency was not in the #1 navigation and I quickly swapped frequency and turned to intercept localizer/ILS. I stayed at 2500 ft MSL until established which put me inside OM and high on the GS. I continued the approach to a successful landing. This could have been prevented if I hadn't forgot to identify the localizer/ILS frequency.
