Narrative:
After installing fuel pump new placards on aircraft, it was discovered the next afternoon that 1 boost pump panel blew off the aircraft in-flight. The panels were checked several times before I was satisfied that it was installed. Secured panel found missing on preflight of flight on or before XA30 hours.
