Narrative:
On arrival to runway 174 at dfw, I was PF and called flaps to 25 degrees. The flap indicator stopped between 20-25 degrees. I called for the flaps to be retracted to 20 degrees. Flaps did not move and the trailing edge flap disagreement light illuminated. We went around and performed the abnormal checklist. I elected to declare an emergency and have crash fire rescue equipment standing by. Briefed flight attendants and made a PA. Landing was uneventful.

Title: B757 FLAP DISAGREEMENT WARNING CAUSES FLC TO DECLARE AN EMER AND LAND WITH CFR EQUIP STANDING BY.
Narrative: ON ARR TO RWY 174 AT DFW, I WAS PF AND CALLED FLAPS TO 25 DEGS. THE FLAP INDICATOR STOPPED BTWN 20-25 DEGS. I CALLED FOR THE FLAPS TO BE RETRACTED TO 20 DEGS.
