Narrative:
It appears that a land test 40 should have been accomplished. I do not recall accomplishing a land test 40 nor is it reflected in the signoff. The signoff, pilot report #xx, #yy collectively indicate a flight fault review, no present faults, and testing of the vcc's, 1, 2, and facility, also a power off reset of the FCC 1, 2 with no faults displayed or annual after the test. I do not recall what was in his fault, but by testing the vcc/facility, I felt that the lower minimum performance (autoland) requirements were met to retain lower minimum performance (autoland) status.

Title: A FOKKER 100 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE INCORRECT AUTOPLT, FLT DIRECTOR TEST MADE AND NOT DOWNGRADING THE SYS TO CAT II.
Narrative: IT APPEARS THAT A LAND TEST 40 SHOULD HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED. I DO NOT RECALL ACCOMPLISHING A LAND TEST 40 NOR IS IT REFLECTED IN THE SIGNOFF. THE SIGNOFF, PLT RPT #XX, #YY COLLECTIVELY INDICATE A FLT FAULT REVIEW, NO PRESENT FAULTS, AND TESTING OF THE VCC'S, 1, 2, AND FAC, ALSO A PWR OFF RESET OF THE FCC 1, 2 WITH NO FAULTS DISPLAYED OR ANNUAL AFTER THE TEST. I DO NOT RECALL WHAT WAS IN HIS FAULT, BUT BY TESTING THE VCC/FAC, I FELT THAT THE LOWER MINIMUM PERFORMANCE (AUTOLAND) REQUIREMENTS WERE MET TO RETAIN LOWER MINIMUM PERFORMANCE (AUTOLAND) STATUS.
