Narrative:
Aircraft X came in on mar/sat/02 with a leak from the aft galley service door. It also had a previous history. The maintenance manual reference #21-00-00-32, page 516 was used. Mechanic X reported prc sealant from the previous repair was missing. Supervisor X and myself determined that the aircraft was OTS. Manager X overrode the decision and ordered a decay check. I tried to explain about the second note on page 516, and tell him of the damage. He didn't give me a chance, calling me 'combative,' and the aircraft departed passing the test by 1 second, and damage. Item signed off by supervisor. Didn't perform task.
