Narrative:
Pushback out of phx normal. Ground crew disconnected first officer starting engines realized airplane creeping forward, jumped on brakes. Ground crew signaling stop. I had not set brakes properly and did not realize that fact. Ground crew looked at airplane, release to taxi. Asked to return to holding area. Ground thought aircraft rolled into tug bar. Mechanic inspected aircraft, no damage found. I was concerned about lost wallet, early morning departure.
