The crew aboard flight on apr/sat/02 released brakes of the aircraft while jetway was still on aircraft and no personnel in tow tractor. There were still 8 mins till departure time. This has been ongoing, because the crew starts to get paid once brakes are released. This situation could have caused damage to the aircraft or personnel around aircraft.
