Narrative:
While flying, training under the hood, with an instructor, for an instrument rating, I was conducting timed compass turns in the practice area north of a local airport, ZZZ. Upon returning to the local airport, the FBO manager informed my instructor that he needed to call milfac approach. The person on the phone explained that we entered the restr airspace surrounding a nearby milfac. My instructor made sure not to enter the milfac restr airspace, yet winds from the southwest must have contributed to the event. Since 09/tue/01, this airspace has been pointed out as restr.
