Narrative:
Passenger addressed me loudly, rudely in-flight. Said I 'hit' him every time I walked by. I offered club soda, although I'd not bumped into him. He continued to yell. I apologized 3 times -- he wouldn't listen. I told him there was nothing else I could do, he needed to stop yelling and that I would be in aisle a lot, to keep his arm out of the aisle if he felt I might bump into him. He wouldn't leave me alone. I had 13 other passenger to serve. Asked flight attendant #4 in Y cabin to come forward and help. He made her take his tray back, said we'd put something in his food. I avoided him the rest of the flight. He later began yelling at flight attendant #2 who served him with a misconduct form. He continued to verbally abuse her. Passenger began offering addresses, sympathy, and support. At the gate (ord) while waiting for agent to open door, he began 'singing' right behind me 'I'm gonna be rich, I'm gonna be a millionaire.' we had the cockpit call the auths. No FAA or flight service available at XA00. Air carrier ramp took his statement and phoned his cabin attendant for home. His statement to air carrier ramp and flight attendants #2 and #4 was I'd called him an 'uppity nigger,' swore at him, hit him and refused to serve him. All lies -- I have several witnesses. We were verbally abused in the air, on the ground 3+ hours and no one helped us. Would've been appalling before 09/tue/01 after, it's unbelievable! I turned in paperwork immediately to our base manager.

Narrative: PAX ADDRESSED ME LOUDLY, RUDELY INFLT. SAID I 'HIT' HIM EVERY TIME I WALKED BY. I OFFERED CLUB SODA, ALTHOUGH I'D NOT BUMPED INTO HIM. HE CONTINUED TO YELL. HE WOULDN'T LEAVE ME ALONE. I HAD 13 OTHER PAX TO SERVE. ASKED FLT ATTENDANT #4 IN Y CABIN TO COME FORWARD AND HELP. HE MADE HER TAKE HIS TRAY BACK, SAID WE'D PUT SOMETHING IN HIS FOOD. WE WERE VERBALLY ABUSED IN THE AIR, ON THE GND 3+ HRS AND NO ONE HELPED US. WOULD'VE BEEN APPALLING BEFORE 09/TUE/01 AFTER, IT'S UNBELIEVABLE! I TURNED IN PAPERWORK IMMEDIATELY TO OUR BASE MGR.
