Narrative:
LR60 landing runway 09L, F900 landing runway 13. Lear was told to expedite thru the intersection from traffic landing runway 13. Lear appeared to slow down, was told again traffic short final. (1 mi) runway 13 don't slow down expedite thru the intersection. The lear turned onto runway 13. The F900 went around over the numbers. The lear pilot was told to call approach and he did (twice). Lear said there was a lot of noise in cockpit and knew he needed to get off a runway. He realized he messed up. We told him if not sure please ask to verify.

Title: F900 ISSUED GAR ON SHORT APCH TO PBI RWY 13 WHEN A LJ60, LNDG RWY 09L, INADVERTENTLY TURNS ONTO RWY 13 INSTEAD OF TXWY BEYOND RWY 13.
Narrative: LR60 LNDG RWY 09L, F900 LNDG RWY 13. LEAR WAS TOLD TO EXPEDITE THRU THE INTERSECTION FROM TFC LNDG RWY 13. LEAR APPEARED TO SLOW DOWN, WAS TOLD AGAIN TFC SHORT FINAL. (1 MI) RWY 13 DON'T SLOW DOWN EXPEDITE THRU THE INTERSECTION. THE LEAR TURNED ONTO RWY 13. THE F900 WENT AROUND OVER THE NUMBERS. THE LEAR PLT WAS TOLD TO CALL APCH AND HE DID (TWICE). LEAR SAID THERE WAS A LOT OF NOISE IN COCKPIT AND KNEW HE NEEDED TO GET OFF A RWY. HE REALIZED HE MESSED UP. WE TOLD HIM IF NOT SURE PLEASE ASK TO VERIFY.
