Narrative:
Split flap indication with circuit breaker tripped. Reset breaker and re-attempted approach and landing. Indicated zero degrees outboard, 30 degrees inboard on short final. Went missed and troubleshot. Reset circuit breaker and ran emergency procedure. After resetting breaker got 15 degrees outboard and 25 degrees inboard with flap handle at 15 degrees. After going through checklist, selected flaps 25 degrees and then 30 degrees and got normal indications. Puzzling how both indicators could be wrong when only outboard breaker popped.
