Narrative: CTLR HAD PREVIOUSLY ISSUED 210 KTS. APCHING 9-10 MI FROM FIELD, CAPT BEGAN SLOWING IN PREPARATION FOR LNDG. CTLR LOST HIS COOL AND PULLED US OUT OF TFC FOR NOT HOLDING 210 KTS.
