Narrative:
I was not directly involved with the beginning of the situation. Flight attendant #2 came to first class from business class where I was working #7 and told me that a passenger X seat xx-a had insisted on using the business class lavatory even after we suggested that main cabin lavatories were in the back on this particular flight. The captain had made a specific PA telling all passenger to use the lavatories in their respective cabins. The incident happened after the meal service so no carts were in the aisle. Passenger X became verbally abusive to flight attendant #2 as reported by flight attendant #2. Passenger X then threw a cup of coffee towards flight attendant #2 which hit the lavatory door. Flight attendant #2 said the cup smelled like baileys irish cream. After my service was complete I went to seat xx-a to discuss the matter. Passenger X explained her side of the story. I was able to calm her and told her to write a report on the incident and that I would talk to any witnesses. One woman in yy-a saw the interaction. Passenger X said flight attendant #2 shoved her and that she fell down. The witness said that flight attendant #2 directed her to the back with his hand and that passenger X was a bit threatened as she dropped to the floor. On deplaning, passenger X came by first class galley and upon seeing flight attendant #2 she insisted on getting his name. He said that he was flight attendant #2 and the only male on the flight. At that point she started yelling unpleasantries in french to flight attendant #2, according to flight attendant #2. In order to appease passenger X, I gave her flight attendant #2's last name. Passenger X deplaned.
