Narrative:
During the second beverage service, the #2 flight attendant asked passenger mr X if he would like a beverage. Mr X said no. As the #4 flight attendant pushed the beverage cart, mr X reached across, grabbed flight attendant #4's arm, and swung her around. After that, he used profanity. He said he was 'tired of being $@%*#@%& skipped.' flight attendant #2 stopped the beverage service after yelling at mr X to let flight attendant #4 go. Flight attendant #2 then went to the captain and asked for him to call law enforcement. Mr X was escorted off the airplane by many police officers. Our flight was also met by air carrier representative and the FAA. If I have mr X on another one of my flts, I will seriously hesitate in getting on that airplane. I don't believe that flight attendant #4 will press charges.

Narrative: DURING THE SECOND BEVERAGE SVC, THE #2 FLT ATTENDANT ASKED PAX MR X IF HE WOULD LIKE A BEVERAGE. MR X SAID NO. AS THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT PUSHED THE BEVERAGE CART, MR X REACHED ACROSS, GRABBED FLT ATTENDANT #4'S ARM, AND SWUNG HER AROUND. AFTER THAT, HE USED PROFANITY. HE SAID HE WAS 'TIRED OF BEING $@%*#@%& SKIPPED.' FLT ATTENDANT #2 STOPPED THE BEVERAGE SVC AFTER YELLING AT MR X TO LET FLT ATTENDANT #4 GO. FLT ATTENDANT #2 THEN WENT TO THE CAPT AND ASKED FOR HIM TO CALL LAW ENFORCEMENT. MR X WAS ESCORTED OFF THE AIRPLANE BY MANY POLICE OFFICERS. OUR FLT WAS ALSO MET BY ACR REPRESENTATIVE AND THE FAA. IF I HAVE MR X ON ANOTHER ONE OF MY FLTS, I WILL SERIOUSLY HESITATE IN GETTING ON THAT AIRPLANE. I DON'T BELIEVE THAT FLT ATTENDANT #4 WILL PRESS CHARGES.
