Narrative:

After gear retraction at lpb, amber 'gear doors' light was on. QRH procedure directed extend/retract the gear. We did that. Now with gear handle up, right main landing gear remained down and green. Elected to leave gear where it was and proceed to vvi at 240 KTS and FL250. Extended gear at 10 mi, normal extension, accomplished a low pass at 500 ft AGL over ramp so vvi maintenance could have a look at underside of aircraft. They could see nothing abnormal. Left traffic VMC, to a normal extra smooth captain's landing and taxi in.
