Narrative:

On final approach/descent, we encountered severe clear air turbulence. Myself and the #3 flight attendant were thrown about the galley and eventually to the floor. We sat on the floor, holding onto one another's arm in the hope of keeping each other from flying about again. I was quite scared and nervous. We eventually were able to get to a jump seat, but continued to be tossed about.
