Narrative:
Descending on an arrival, cleared to cross hayed at FL190. Approximately FL220, both FMS's failed. Informed center, then cleared to 13000 ft and radar vectors. Captain was flying. Both called 14000 ft for 13000 ft, as aircraft was leveling, I called altimeter to 29.47 (approximately). Reset altimeters, and we were low. During this, center cleared us to 7000 ft almost a non-stop at 13000 ft. My running abnormal and setting up vors and reprogramming the FMS were contributing factors.
