Narrative:
Cruising west at 4000 ft MSL. IFR, sky clear, visibility approximately 10 SM in haze. 4 F15 aircraft, flying north, passed at my altitude. I climbed to 4500 ft MSL to avoid the 4TH aircraft. Estimated clearance approximately 200 ft. ATC did not advise of the presence of these aircraft until they had all passed. Visual recognition was difficult due to haze and camouflage of military aircraft. ATC failed to provide TA's or maintain separation.
