Narrative:
Taxiing out for departure at phl. Taxi instructions were taxi to runway 35 via taxiway a to D hold short of runway 26 on D. Turning on to taxiway D from a, we started looking for the hold short lines, but due to light rain falling and rain on the windscreen we did not see the hold short line and taxied onto runway 26 which was an active runway. Realizing this we cleared the runway. Before we could contact ground to tell them, they contacted us. Contributing factors are unfamiliar airport, light rain falling, limited forward visibility, and crew dividing attention between taxiing and ground vehicle's operation around taxiway a and D.
