Narrative:

Flying a piper seminole (PA44-180T), the gear was lowered on downwind. It was verified down and locked by 3 green lights on downwind and final. Upon a normal landing with 25 degrees of flaps (second position), positive pressure was felt on all 3 gear. After a few seconds, there was a slight shimmy in the nose gear and it then collapsed. Thus, the green light verifying the nose gear was down and locked extinguished and the gear unsafe light and horn came on. After a complete stop, both main gear still showed down and locked. No injuries were suffered by pilots or passenger. No damage was done to airport property. Cause of nose gear collapse has not been determined.
