Narrative:
We had trouble with mr and mrs X. They were seated in first class. Mr X boarded early as he needed wheelchair assistance for xportation to the airplane and used his walker to get to his seat. Mrs X accompanied her husband in the preboarding process. The beginning of the flight was uneventful, except for the fact that these 2 were very needy. You could not go by their row without mrs X wanting to ask you a question or make a comment. Approximately 1 1/2 hours out of sna, mr and mrs X engaged in a rather heated, loud and physical argument. I immediately went to these passenger and told them that they were to knock it off! That they were not to talk to each other or touch each other the rest of the flight, and if I had to come back to their row again, I would separate them and that one of them would be going to coach for the rest of the flight. I didn't get 4 rows away when mr X hit mrs X, whereupon she retaliated by slugging him back. This went on until I arrived and informed them that this behavior was going to stop right now and that I was going to relocate mrs X to coach. She at first refused to go, but finally relented. The entire process was quite an ordeal as she kept calling him names, and he felt the need to respond with the same vulgarities. When I finally did get mrs X to coach, she told me that she was going to kill mr X or kill herself, as she could not take living with him anymore. As she tried to proceed to first class to 'get at him to kill him,' I told her she needed to situation down, then mrs X hit me. It became very apparent quite quickly that I would not be able to leave mrs X for the entire flight. In addition, I found out that there was no one to meet this couple in sna and that her intention was to rent a car, and drive the two of them to a hotel. I called the captain and informed him that we would need police to meet the airplane upon our arrival. They met the airplane and detained both mr and mrs X while we deplaned the rest of the aircraft. While deplaning the aircraft mrs X hit me again in the chest and then attempted to hit the police officer. She got herself so worked up that she passed out. We proceeded to call the paramedics. When the paramedics arrived she had come to and refused any medical treatment. She was rather irritated that we even called for help. We finally were able to get mr X off the airplane. Then we proceeded to deplane mrs X out of sight, but not out of earshot of mr X. I do not know what ever happened to the couple after that point.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT ASSAULTED BY AN OCTOGENARIAN FEMALE PAX WHO HAD BEEN MOVED TOO COACH SINCE SHE AND HER OCTOGENARIAN WHEEL CHAIRED HUSBAND HAD BEEN 'SLUGGING IT OUT' IN FIRST CLASS ON A TRIP TO SNA, CA.
Narrative: WE HAD TROUBLE WITH MR AND MRS X. THE BEGINNING OF THE FLT WAS UNEVENTFUL, EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THESE 2 WERE VERY NEEDY. YOU COULD NOT GO BY THEIR ROW WITHOUT MRS X WANTING TO ASK YOU A QUESTION OR MAKE A COMMENT. APPROX 1 1/2 HRS OUT OF SNA, MR AND MRS X ENGAGED IN A RATHER HEATED, LOUD AND PHYSICAL ARGUMENT. I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO THESE PAX AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY WERE TO KNOCK IT OFF! THAT THEY WERE NOT TO TALK TO EACH OTHER OR TOUCH EACH OTHER THE REST OF THE FLT, AND IF I HAD TO COME BACK TO THEIR ROW AGAIN, I WOULD SEPARATE THEM AND THAT ONE OF THEM WOULD BE GOING TO COACH FOR THE REST OF THE FLT. AS SHE TRIED TO PROCEED TO FIRST CLASS TO 'GET AT HIM TO KILL HIM,' I TOLD HER SHE NEEDED TO SIT DOWN, THEN MRS X HIT ME. IT BECAME VERY APPARENT QUITE QUICKLY THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE MRS X FOR THE ENTIRE FLT. IN ADDITION, I FOUND OUT THAT THERE WAS NO ONE TO MEET THIS COUPLE IN SNA AND THAT HER INTENTION WAS TO RENT A CAR, AND DRIVE THE TWO OF THEM TO A HOTEL. I CALLED THE CAPT AND INFORMED HIM THAT WE WOULD NEED POLICE TO MEET THE AIRPLANE UPON OUR ARR. THEY MET THE AIRPLANE AND DETAINED BOTH MR AND MRS X WHILE WE DEPLANED THE REST OF THE ACFT. WHILE DEPLANING THE ACFT MRS X HIT ME AGAIN IN THE CHEST AND THEN ATTEMPTED TO HIT THE POLICE OFFICER.
