Narrative:

After takeoff on a VFR flight I tried unsuccessfully to contact seattle approach on frequency designated for the area. After climbing to 3000 ft, I was able to contact approach and told to use a different frequency. I was able to contact approach and was told that I just flew thru a tfr. Nothing more was mentioned about this. I thought 3000 ft was enough to clear the tfr, but later found out it is a higher altitude. The 4 tfr's northwest of seattle all have different altitudes. It can be confusing.
