Narrative:
After arrival in den, cleaner found paper towels stored in the back of the paper towel compartment in the forward lavatory. That is, if you open the paper towel compartment, the paper towels were stored there between the panel and the electric connector. It is a fire hazard. It is not known who did it, but I believe that departure station personnel should be reminded of the danger. Also, I would suggest that flight attendants be asked to check that area (in airplanes where applicable).
