Narrative:

The B190 was climbed to 12000 ft when checked on the frequency. The dornier turboprop checked on from approach and was climbed to 130. The dornier over took the B190 causing an less than standard separation. Chronic understaffing in our area. A yrs worth of 6 day weeks has led to a rash of fatigue related errors, with no end in sight to our staffing plight.

CHRONIC UNDERSTAFFING IN OUR AREA. A YRS WORTH OF 6 DAY WKS HAS LED TO A RASH OF FATIGUE RELATED ERRORS, WITH NO END IN SIGHT TO OUR STAFFING PLIGHT.
