Narrative:

After dealing with a major hydraulic failure which required lowering the landing gear and flaps via alternator means, avoiding light aircraft, and declaring emergency, the aircraft may have been landed in an overweight condition. This was overlooked due to the complexity of the situation and preoccupation of the crew. No log book write-up was made, for the same reasons. The cvr circuit breaker was not pulled for the same reason.
