Narrative:
The takeoff went normally, selected gear-up and did my climb flow. On downwind, we tested or marked the gear warning horn limits, but warning horn never sounded. I did first right engine then left. By that time had to turn right base. As I turned, I selected gear down. When leveled back-out, I did a gumps check and had to cover the green light with my hand to shade it from the sun. On final, I checked the gear down and the nose gear indicator was down. We landed on the mains, then the left wing started to dip. I put in more left aileron, but it started to sink more. The right side started to sink, then the nose. We then were sliding on our belly. When we came to a stop, I switched off fuel, then master.
