Narrative:

I was selected in april, may, and june for random drug testing upon arrival in mia. There is no way this is a random sampling of pilots here at air carrier X. I am forwarding all my information to a state representative for investigation. This is unsatisfactory and should not be allowed to continue I have checked the local check airmen and they say they are being selected more than once. In addition, the drug screener said the pilot in front of me was upset also because he has had multiple screenings.
