At FL290 had rapid decompression of aircraft. Oxygen masks were put on. Emergency descent was started. Emergency was declared with ATC. All emergency checklists completed. Aircraft was descended to 5000 ft AGL. Cabin altitude reached FL240. No passenger injuries. First officer flew the aircraft, captain ran checklists and worked with flight attendants.
