Narrative:

I was taxiing out to take off. Beech duke landed downwind, turned off active runway and taxied straight at my aircraft. There was not enough clearance on the taxiway for both aircraft so I had to edge over. Pilot of duke then told me he still could not get by so he would have to edge over further. That is when 1 blade on the right propeller blade hit a taxi marker light. There was no sudden stoppage of the engine. Right propeller blade will have to be replaced and because of an airworthiness directive for propellers, propeller will have to be overhauled. Pilot of the duke should not have landed downwind.
