Narrative:
Flight ord-mem. On landing touchdown, all main gear tires locked up causing tire failure. Fire followed by an abrupt deceleration and stop on the runway. No other damage to aircraft. Aircraft antiskid system was deferred.

Title: MD10 ACR HAS BRAKES LOCK UP AND TIRES FAIL DURING LNDG AT MEM.
Narrative: FLT ORD-MEM. ON LNDG TOUCHDOWN, ALL MAIN GEAR TIRES LOCKED UP CAUSING TIRE FAILURE. FIRE FOLLOWED BY AN ABRUPT DECELERATION AND STOP ON THE RWY. NO OTHER DAMAGE TO ACFT. ACFT ANTISKID SYS WAS DEFERRED.
