Narrative:
I wandered into tfr airspace by 1 NM. This airspace is normally a 1 NM 360 degree circle, but on this day had been expanded to 3 NM. My actions were completely unintended and certainly not planned. I realized my error when I saw a military aircraft 60 ft off my right wing. I immediately changed course and landed the aircraft at ZZZ where it is based. I attribute this event to not carefully listening to NOTAMS on the morning of the flight, intermittent inoperative radio communication and temporary reduction in situational awareness. My corrective actions will be to always carefully listen to ATC advisories and NOTAMS prior to any flight. Also, I will book 5 hours with a CFI for dual and upon invitation, will tour the pwm tower and familiarize myself with local airspace from the controller's perspective. Until the 5 hours of dual is completed, I plan not to act as PIC. I am truly sorry for this event and can assure you that it will never occur in the future.

Title: C172 PLT WAS INTERCEPTED BY A MIL FIGHTER AFTER BLUNDERING INTO TFR AIRSPACE.
Narrative: I WANDERED INTO TFR AIRSPACE BY 1 NM. THIS AIRSPACE IS NORMALLY A 1 NM 360 DEG CIRCLE, BUT ON THIS DAY HAD BEEN EXPANDED TO 3 NM. MY ACTIONS WERE COMPLETELY UNINTENDED AND CERTAINLY NOT PLANNED. I REALIZED MY ERROR WHEN I SAW A MIL ACFT 60 FT OFF MY R WING. I IMMEDIATELY CHANGED COURSE AND LANDED THE ACFT AT ZZZ WHERE IT IS BASED. I ATTRIBUTE THIS EVENT TO NOT CAREFULLY LISTENING TO NOTAMS ON THE MORNING OF THE FLT, INTERMITTENT INOP RADIO COM AND TEMPORARY REDUCTION IN SITUATIONAL AWARENESS. MY CORRECTIVE ACTIONS WILL BE TO ALWAYS CAREFULLY LISTEN TO ATC ADVISORIES AND NOTAMS PRIOR TO ANY FLT. ALSO, I WILL BOOK 5 HRS WITH A CFI FOR DUAL AND UPON INVITATION, WILL TOUR THE PWM TWR AND FAMILIARIZE MYSELF WITH LCL AIRSPACE FROM THE CTLR'S PERSPECTIVE. UNTIL THE 5 HRS OF DUAL IS COMPLETED, I PLAN NOT TO ACT AS PIC. I AM TRULY SORRY FOR THIS EVENT AND CAN ASSURE YOU THAT IT WILL NEVER OCCUR IN THE FUTURE.
