Aircraft #1 was eastbound FL270. Aircraft #2 was nwbound, descending to FL280. Aircraft #2 was aprox 5-10 mi away from aircraft #1, descending out of FL286, when aircraft #1 advised he received an RA and was descending to FL250. Traffic was called and observed by aircraft #1. Aircraft #1 climbed to FL270.

Narrative: ACFT #1 WAS EBOUND FL270. ACFT #2 WAS NWBOUND, DSNDING TO FL280. ACFT #2 WAS APROX 5-10 MI AWAY FROM ACFT #1, DSNDING OUT OF FL286, WHEN ACFT #1 ADVISED HE RECEIVED AN RA AND WAS DSNDING TO FL250. TFC WAS CALLED AND OBSERVED BY ACFT #1. ACFT #1 CLBED TO FL270.
