Narrative:
At about XA30, I was 5-6 mi west of ues and talking to tower. Told to watch for king air traffic near marker, otherwise cleared to land straight-in to runway 10. Just outside the marker (4 NM west of ues on the ILS to runway 10) at the very last second I saw a low wing plane (piper) pass just below me on a northerly heading. He was hidden by my wing and it was too late for me to take any evasive action. I'm not sure why he didn't evade me as he must have had a clear view of my plane.
