Title: A B733 CAPT, IN FAILING TO UNDERSTAND A BULLETIN EXPLAINING COCKPIT DOOR OP, ASSUMED NEW DOOR WAS ACTIVATED.
Narrative: CONFUSED ON THE OP OF NEW COCKPIT DOOR. THOUGHT DOORS WERE ACTIVATED SINCE THERE WAS NO INOP PLACARDS ON THE ACFT. FAILED TO UNDERSTAND BULLETIN.
