Narrative:
I was shooting full stop lndgs in my cessna 150L at gai, on runway 32. The runway in use by numerous other aircraft was runway 32. As I was taxiing for takeoff, a bizjet called on unicom for runway 14. I idented myself and asked if I had time to take off. The bizjet replied I had plenty of time as he was still 6 mi out. I departed on runway 32 and announced on unicom that I was making a straight-out departure. When I was about 2 mi out, I saw the bizjet on left base for runway 14 and told him he was turning toward me. He responded that he saw me, and passed me going the other way on final for runway 14. He passed me about 1/4 mi to my right and about 200 ft below me. I have heard about other bizjets landing on runway 14 at gai when every one else was using runway 32. In approximately 45 mins before this incident, two other bizjets landed on runway 32. More bizjets seem to be using gai since sep/11/01 closed reagan to them. Gai needs a tower!
