Narrative:
ATC did not keep track of the C172 in the pattern and allowed the C172 to turn final at the same time we were landing. We had been cleared to land at about 3 mi from the airport. We had to take evasive action to insure we did not collide with the C172.

Title: NMAC BTWN A CESSNA CITATION ON FINAL AND A C172 THAT TURNED FINAL IN FRONT OF THE CITATION.
Narrative: ATC DID NOT KEEP TRACK OF THE C172 IN THE PATTERN AND ALLOWED THE C172 TO TURN FINAL AT THE SAME TIME WE WERE LNDG. WE HAD BEEN CLRED TO LAND AT ABOUT 3 MI FROM THE ARPT. WE HAD TO TAKE EVASIVE ACTION TO INSURE WE DID NOT COLLIDE WITH THE C172.
