Operation of aircraft with unsafe aircraft equipment, such as no TCASII, over-temping of engines, no DME, numerous electrical problems, no transponder. Forced to fly this aircraft under the threat of termination. Forced to exceed duty time limitations. Told not to write up maintenance discrepancies in flight record under the threat of termination. Enclosed maintenance discrepancies write-ups that I was forced to fly with.
