Narrative:

Land and hold short operations are often conducted at hnl. The clearance 'cleared to land runway 8L hold short of runway 4R' is standard (10000 ft available). Our company pages have no table for the lahso procedure, therefore we are not authority/authorized to land and hold short. On the ATIS it says to let approach control know on first contact if you are unable to hold short. My question is 2-FOLD: 1) why can't we come up with the paperwork to execute the lahso and 2) if there is some other operational safety hazard keeping us from lahso at hnl, a note in the operations pages would be nice to prevent either inadvertently accepting a clearance or failing to advise approach control on first contact.
