2 aircraft slowly coming together, turned one 15 degrees left, aircraft picked up 20 KTS, turned aircraft another 30 degrees left continued to pick up speed. Climbed aircraft and turned back right 70 degrees, turned other aircraft 30 degrees left to increase separation. Lost separation.
