Narrative:
Passenger wanted to use first class lavatory. Passenger was sitting in coach. Passenger approached first class galley, requested use of lavatory. 1 passenger in lavatory and 1 waiting in first class galley. I advised passenger to utilize coach lavatories where there was no line. Passenger insistent on utilizing first class lavatory. I requested passenger to wait at cabin divider due to procedures of no congregating at/around cockpit. Passenger eventually utilized first class lavatory. Passenger returned to seat. About 3-4 mins after, woman comes charging through coach to first class galley, pushes me against wall and begins to yell at me regarding her daughter having to wait to utilize lavatory. I advised passenger to take her hands off me. I told her to 'back off.' she took her hands off me. She continued to yell at me, 'never to treat her daughter like that.' I told her to back off and take her seat. She took her seat. Auths met aircraft upon arrival.

Title: A FLT ATTENDANT RPT ON AN IRATE MOTHER WHOSE DAUGHTER HAD TO 'WAIT IN LINE FOR A LAVATORY' ON A FLT TO LGA, NY.
Narrative: PAX WANTED TO USE FIRST CLASS LAVATORY. PAX WAS SITTING IN COACH. PAX APCHED FIRST CLASS GALLEY, REQUESTED USE OF LAVATORY. 1 PAX IN LAVATORY AND 1 WAITING IN FIRST CLASS GALLEY. I ADVISED PAX TO UTILIZE COACH LAVATORIES WHERE THERE WAS NO LINE. PAX INSISTENT ON UTILIZING FIRST CLASS LAVATORY. I REQUESTED PAX TO WAIT AT CABIN DIVIDER DUE TO PROCS OF NO CONGREGATING AT/AROUND COCKPIT. PAX EVENTUALLY UTILIZED FIRST CLASS LAVATORY. PAX RETURNED TO SEAT.
