Narrative:

A passenger xx disrupted and interfered with my service when she and her father kept coming up to first class from coach to visit mother/wife. I explained to passenger xx that she could not continue coming up to first class from coach, and she yelled at me 'you *?#$, you are so rude. You are just a stewardess, get a life!' I reported the incident to the captain and he issued to passenger xx a passenger disturbance report. When she read it, she laughed at me and told me that if I was on a power trip to 'go for it.' I asked if this was the answer to captain, and she replied 'go for it!'

Narrative: A PAX XX DISRUPTED AND INTERFERED WITH MY SVC WHEN SHE AND HER FATHER KEPT COMING UP TO FIRST CLASS FROM COACH TO VISIT MOTHER/WIFE. I EXPLAINED TO PAX XX THAT SHE COULD NOT CONTINUE COMING UP TO FIRST CLASS FROM COACH, AND SHE YELLED AT ME 'YOU *?#$, YOU ARE SO RUDE. YOU ARE JUST A STEWARDESS, GET A LIFE!'
