Narrative:
Arrival deviation. SKEBR1 arrival into las, ATIS stated runway 19L/right in use so FMC programmed for that. Crossed clarr 13000 ft/250 KTS then approach stated SKEBR1 for runway 25L. First officer programmed the FMC, I went off radio for gate. First officer did not execute FMC, so we did not turn 349 degrees at skebr, we continued 031 degrees heading until approach told us to turn left for vectors. Requested to call approach talk to them and told them what occurred. They stated no problem, just wanted to know why we pilots had such a difficult time flying the RNAV arrs and departures.
