Narrative:

On sep/fri/02, an inspector for air carrier X informed me, his lead inspector, the newly revised (may/mon/02) job procedure card xxxxxx (aileron freeplay check) had been changed to exclude the inspector. I sent a company report into the company that day. On oct/tue/02 I learned that the inspector had been removed from the rudder surface freeplay job procedure card (yy/YYYY) as well. I sent a company report into the company on that issue as well. Historically, inspection has been involved with these routine checks of flight controls. To this date (oct/sat/02) the company has made no changes, nor have they resolved this issue. The maintenance policy and procedure manual is quite clear about required inspection items (360-10).
