Narrative:
In cruise at FL330 we noticed a very slight vibration similar to a vibrating nose gear door or out of sync engine. On descent vibration increased slightly as airspeed increased. At approximately 310 KIAS and 27000 ft I decided to slow down to see if the vibration would lesson again. When autoplt mode was changed from mach to IAS there was a slight pitch up. At this time we heard a thump and the vibration stopped. There were no other abnormal indications. Upon ground inspection we found damage to the right wing inboard leading edge slat. There was also a potable water leak on the forward underside of the airplane.
