Narrative:
Passenger started problems on ground making demands for his personal comfort and was fighting with employees from the boarding to deplaning in ord. He yelled, lunged at flight attendants, whined and complained the entire flight. He smoked in the lavatory on 2 occasions that I knew about. He walked around the entire flight, scared passenger near him, fought with the captain with his mouth in-flight and after landing in ord. 'It was all about him.' he offended every employee, broke all the rules, scared passenger, disrupted the entire flight, stopped us from doing our duties 25% of the flight. We did a good job. He just wanted to be trouble so what else could we do but report him? No one was hurt, but he didn't care about anyone but himself. You tell me -- what are we to do with nuts like him?
