Narrative:
Departed dfw with both center tank fuel pump switches on and approximately 14000 pounds of fuel in center tank. Both center tank fuel pump switches were turned off with less than 1000 pounds remaining. I did not keep a separate center tank fuel log to monitor center tank fuel burn.

Title: B757 CREW BURNED CTR TANK FUEL BELOW 1000 LBS.
Narrative: DEPARTED DFW WITH BOTH CTR TANK FUEL PUMP SWITCHES ON AND APPROX 14000 LBS OF FUEL IN CTR TANK. BOTH CTR TANK FUEL PUMP SWITCHES WERE TURNED OFF WITH LESS THAN 1000 LBS REMAINING. I DID NOT KEEP A SEPARATE CTR TANK FUEL LOG TO MONITOR CTR TANK FUEL BURN.
