Narrative:
I had been shooting touch and goes using runway 33 at 66S. An experimental aircraft (rv) made his first radio call, '1 mi north of airport, landing to the south.' I responded to his call reporting that I was on 1/4 mi final to runway 33, touch and go. After I touched down on the runway the experimental aircraft (rv) was observed using the opposing runway. My takeoff was aborted. The experimental (rv) landed on runway 15. Each aircraft used less than 1/2 of the runway length.
