Narrative:
I allowed a skydive to be made into what may be categorized as congested airspace. No one was injured and no property was damaged. I also did this while not in contact with the local ATC (in our area that would be ZMP). I allowed a group of 4 skydivers to talk me into flying over an area away from our normal drop zone so they could jump into a local beach. As events unfolded over the course of the following week, I realized I did so in violation of those FARS in part 105 pertaining to parachute activities. This is quite clearly a case of poor judgement and lack of understanding of the regulations.
