Narrative:
Installed clip for structural rib xrs 442.5 with next size fastener without eso (engineering service order) and eco (engineering change order). Installed clip on same rib not per blueprint without eso or eso. Harassment from supervisor. Manager and supervisor harassed and used intimidation to get employees to do repairs not per repair document, maintenance manual or blueprint and wait on engineering disposition. Later 2 shifts working from 2 different print confign.
